2. Placing an order

2.1 Orders are placed through our online checkout. You will have the chance to review and correct your order before confirming. An acknowledgement email will be sent once your order is received.

2.2 A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email at that point.

2.3 We reserve the right to decline an order if:

The product is unavailable,
Payment cannot be authorised,
There is a pricing or description error, or
You do not meet eligibility requirements.

2.4 Some payment providers may perform a pre-authorisation check to validate your card, which may be a monetary figure. This amount will either be deducted from the final payment or refunded, depending on your bank.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

3.2 Any additional charges (such as delivery or insurance) will be displayed clearly in your basket before checkout.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1 You may cancel your order by emailing us at support@ondifloor.co.uk or visiting our Contact Us page. Please note that items may be shipped quickly, sometimes within 1 hour of ordering.

4.2 If your goods have already been dispatched, you may return them within 14 working days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To arrange a return, email Support@ondifloor.co.uk or visit our Contact Us page.

4.3 Once returned items are received, we will issue a refund or exchange.

4.4 Returns are not accepted if:

The product has been used or shows signs of wear and tear,
The item was customised, cut to size or made to order.
The item is not in its original packaging securely.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4.5 We aim to represent products accurately, however colours, textiles, or finishes shown online may vary slightly from the actual item.

4.6 If a pricing error occurs and the price paid is clearly incorrect, we will either refund you in full or offer fair resolution.
